  • Step 3: Keep your account connected 

Maintain your regular, daily or weekly repayments. Making consistent payments ensures your digital connectivity stays seamless while keeping other added benefits active in the background. 

  • Step 4: Make a claim when emergency strikes 

If you are hospitalized, notify us within seven days of admission by dialing our dedicated toll-free customer care line or sending a direct message via WhatsApp. Submit a photo of the required documents, and we will facilitate the cash payout.
