Sim Lock Policy
Your S50 smartphone is secured with a SIM-lock feature. This means:
The phone is designed to work exclusively with your registered SIM card.
If a different SIM card is inserted, the phone will automatically lock.
If the phone is lost or stolen, unauthorized use of another SIM card will trigger a lock.
Your registered SIM card must always remain in the device for it to function properly.
For any SIM card or phone number changes, visit your nearest M-KOPA shop with your identification document for support.
