Kenya:

  • Service Centers: Our Service Centers remain open 7:30 am-4 pm Mon-Sat and are observing social distancing and extra hygiene precautions.
  • Customer Care: Our Call Center remains open 24/7 for customer service and sales queries. Customers can access our M-KOPA customer care line 24/7 on +254 707 333 222.
  • Sales: Sales and installations continue, in-line with all county directives, with social distancing and hygiene precautions.
  • Upgrades: We are offering free delivery on all upgrades.

Uganda:

  • Service Centers: Service Centers are currently closed following government directives.
  • Sales: Sales have been paused following government directives.
  • Customer Care: Our Call Center remains open 8 am-9 pm, 7 days a week. Customers can access our customer care on 0323 522000 (MTN), 0200 522111 (Airtel) or SMS on 7778. 

Nigeria:

  • Service Centers: Service Centers are currently closed following government directives.
  • Customer Care: Our Call Center remains open 8 am-8:30 pm Mon-Fri and 10 am-4 pm on Saturday. Customers can access our customer care line during working hours on 0901 1000002 or 0903 0009822 or via WhatsApp on 0904 309 4143. 
  • Sales: Sales and installations continue, in-line with all government directives, with social distancing and hygiene precautions.

Tanzania:

  • Service Centers: Our Service Centers remain open 9 am-5 pm Mon-Fri and 9 am-12 pm on Saturdays.
  • Customer Care: Our Call Center remains open 9 am-8 pm, 7 days a week. Customers can access our customer care line during working hours on our toll-free on 0800 756 666.
